God has chosen each of you to live lives of extraordinary abundance...to be an example of this kind of life to all those we come in contact with. His plan is to keep all of us flourishing physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Let's hold on to each other, encourage where encouragement is needed, holding each other when sorrow hits our hearts and loving each other...because this is what God does with us.
The Rusty River Women's Ministry equips women of all ages by helping them learn and understand how God’s Word is relevant in their lives. Support is given through Bible studies and discipleship small groups, both within homes and the marketplace. Ext. 4475

The Executive Women's Ministry seeks to build community among executive women and to integrate biblical principles in the marketplace.

Build Relationships. Our programs are designed to enhance relationships among executive women. We gather for monthly dinner forums and small groups.
Seeks Life Change. We are all at different stages of spiritual development and need to grow from the inside out, so that our lives are aligned with the person and work of Jesus Christ in all our endeavors.
Expand Outreach. As we receive benefit from monthly dinner meetings and small group involvement, it is important to invite other executive women, who are not involved, to join us in these experiences.
Make a Difference. As executive women we have critical roles to play in shaping our environments. We believe the global business enterprise can be impacted through our ability to infuse Christian values and biblical principles within our spheres of influence.
Serve Others. As women, we have tremendous capacity to give. As executives, we have been blessed with human and financial capital to provide service to a larger community and especially the church..

Monthly Dinner Meetings.
Executive women are invited to explore the Rusty
River
Ministries by attending monthly
forums. Each month, relevant issues are discussed and practical
implementation ideas will be shared. The forums provide an opportunity to
build relationships with other like-minded executives. The monthly format
enhances the opportunity to invite other executive women. A minimum of two
meetings a year will specifically be designated as focused outreach events
with a keynote speaker.
Small Groups
There are many small groups of 3–4 women who are interested in sharing
life together and being accountable to each other. Each group takes on its
own character, focus and topics suitable to the
